The Role:

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to our team. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Work closely with our Practice Owners, supported by a skilled Practice Manager and clinical team.
• Deliver high-quality veterinary care to both patients and clients.
• Mentor junior vets to help them fulfil their potential within the practice.
• Utilize your experience with complex surgical and medical cases to support and guide more junior team members.
• Share innovative ideas with practice partners to enhance performance and care standards.
• Collaborate with Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward.

• Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, with twice annual reviews.
• No Out of Hours (OOH): Focus on your work-life balance with no OOH requirements or Sundays.
• Professional Development: Further study towards veterinary management courses or clinical qualifications will be funded and encouraged. Professional registration fees will also be fully funded.
