About the Role:

A dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both sales growth and marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will drive revenue, build brand awareness, and manage customer relationships, making a real impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Manage budgets, campaigns, and marketing projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Target-driven, creative, and strategic thinker.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
