Location: Wilnecote, Tamworth

• £12.21 per hour.

• Monday to Friday.

• Rotating shifts:

  • 06:00 - 14:00

  • 14:00 - 22:00

• 30 minutes paid lunch.

• On-site car park

The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting a General Operative (Rotating Shifts) for our client based in Wilnecote, Tamworth.

This role offers possible permanent positions following a successful trial period and involves hands-on work within an industrial environment. Duties may involve working indoors and outdoors and in dirty or dusty conditions.

• Loading and unloading materials

• Sweeping and general housekeeping duties

• Jet washing metal framework

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety across the site

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Comfortable with physical and manual work

• Happy to work in an industrial, dusty environment

• Willing to work rotating shifts

• Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused

• Previous industrial or operative experience beneficial but not essential

• Weekly pay (every Friday)

• 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata for PAYE, inclusive of statutory holidays)
