The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting Food Packers for a well-established food manufacturing client based on the Lichfield Road Industrial Estate in Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for afternoon shifts, with no experience required as full training and PPE are provided. There is also the potential for permanent positions following a successful trial period.

• Packing food produce in line with production schedules
• Boxing packed produce ready for despatch
• Carrying out quality control checks
• Ensuring all products meet approved specifications
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Following all health & safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a food production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work afternoon shifts consistently
• Previous food packing experience beneficial but not essential
