FLT Operative

The Best Connection are recruiting an FLT Operative (Counterbalance) for our client, a family-run manufacturing company in Atherstone. This role is primarily FLT-based but offers the opportunity to be trained in other areas of production.

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 16:30
• £12.71 per hour

You will mainly operate a Counterbalance FLT
, supporting the movement of materials across the site. You will also assist with other duties as required within the business.

Duties include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
• Supporting general production and warehouse tasks.
• Training to operate flexographic printers and gluing machines.
• Maintaining safe and efficient working practices.

Full training will be provided, although previous FLT experience is advantageous.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and support different departments
