We are working exclusively with a well-established law firm seeking a Qualified Employment Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX) with 1-4 years' PQE to join their expanding Employment team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:
- Settlement agreements
- Redundancy and reorganisations
- TUPE
- Unfair/constructive dismissal
- Discrimination & equality matters
- Grievance, disciplinary & absence management
- Drafting contracts, policies & handbooks
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 years' employment law experience
- Strong client management skills
- Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
