We are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a leading Employment Law team based in Tamworth. This reputable firm offers hybrid working, free onsite parking, healthcare benefits and the chance to work on top-tier cases.

This role sits within a highly respected Employment team, recognised by the Legal 500. It is now seeking to appoint an NQ Solicitor to join the team!

As an Employment Solicitor, you'll work closely with the head of department, handling your own caseload independently. Key responsibilities will include:

• Settlement Agreements
• Employment Tribunal Cases
• Equality & Discrimination Matters
• Unfair/Wrongful Dismissals
• Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures
• TUPE, Maternity & Paternity and Redundancy Issues

As an NQ Employment Solicitor, you will gain invaluable experience by working closely to the Head of Department gaining exposure to more complex matters.

To be considered for this position, you must be a Qualified Solicitor between NQ-2 years PQE. You will have at least one years’ experience in employment either within your training or as a paralegal previously.

You should live within a 40-minute commute of the Tamworth office and be comfortable handling work for both corporate clients and individuals.
