We are looking for a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our vibrant secondary school in Tamworth, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced team, helping students continue their education in the absence of the regular class teacher.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising lessons and assisting students with their learning. You'll be integral to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

• Supervise classes and ensure students complete their assigned tasks.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support to students as needed, helping them to stay on track.
• Communicate effectively with staff and students.

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and support students with different learning needs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
