Overview
Deliver lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, or within your subject specialism, to meet curriculum objectives. Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Support students with varying levels of ability, ensuring all learners stay engaged and on track. Provide feedback on student progress and areas for improvement. Collaborate with staff across the school and multi-academy trust to ensure consistency in teaching standards.
Report safeguarding or behavioural concerns promptly in line with school policies.
- Deliver lessons across multiple subjects and year groups or within your subject specialism.
- Maintain positive classroom management to support an effective learning environment.
- Support students with different abilities and keep learners engaged and on track.
- Provide constructive feedback on progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school and multi-academy trust to uphold teaching standards.
- Raise safeguarding or behavioural concerns promptly in line with school policies.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the process of training for QTS.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting, particularly in your subject area (if applying for a subject specialist).
- Enhanced DBS Check and registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Flexibility to teach across a variety of subjects and year groups (or within your subject specialism).
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
- Strong communication skills to connect with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Opportunities to work across multiple secondary schools within a multi-academy trust.
- Free CPD and ongoing support from a Partnership Executive throughout placements.

- Competitive pay based on experience and role.
Pay: £124 - £189 per day (dependent on experience).
