Secondary Cover Supervisors are the exclusive staffing partner for the Community Academies Trust (CAT), an established and ambitious multi-academy trust committed to delivering exceptional community education. We are seeking professional and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated staff bank for placements at Tamworth secondary schools, including and beginning in January 2026.

• Supervise classes and confidently deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage
  4).
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, fostering an environment of mutual respect.
• Ensure that students remain engaged and on-task, supporting them to achieve their potential.
• Provide clear and timely feedback to the regular class teacher.
