Counselling is a growing and highly valued industry, with an increasing need for skilled, reflective practitioners who can support wellbeing across a range of settings. We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of counselling programmes at Levels 2, 3 and 4.
This role involves teaching and assessing counselling qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and 4, inspiring learners from diverse backgrounds and supporting the development of professional skills, values and reflective practice. You will contribute to the growth of an ambitious counselling provision and work collaboratively to maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.

- Qualifications and experience in counselling.
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to learner progression, inclusive practice and professional standards.
- Bring energy, empathy and enthusiasm to the classroom.
