Estimator – Brickwork, Cladding & Facades

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established and growing company specialising in brickwork, cladding and façade packages across the Midlands and surrounding regions. You will play a key role in pricing projects accurately, supporting tenders, and working closely with the commercial and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for brickwork, cladding and façade projects

* Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documentation

* Produce take-offs, pricing schedules and tender submissions

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

* Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities

* Work closely with project managers and commercial teams during pre-construction

* Support negotiations and handover to delivery teams upon contract award

About You

* Proven experience as an Estimator within brickwork, cladding or façade packages

* Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

* Excellent numerical, analytical and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously

* Confident communicator with suppliers, clients and internal teams

* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office

* Full UK driving licence preferred
