Responsibilities
- Assist with inspection of incoming raw materials and components
- Assist with 100% inspections for outgoing products
- Inspect products and identify defective items
- Check products meet quality standards
- Highlight recurring rejects or issues to QA staff
- Follow SOPs and quality checklists accurately
- Perform random or batch inspections to ensure production standards
- Record inspection results and report any issues to the QA staff
- Follow inspection criteria and sampling plans
- Assist in implementing corrective actions for quality issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection areas
- Report immediately any safety or compliance concerns observed
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to use inspection tools or measuring devices
- Experience documenting findings and creating reports
- Knowledge of safety and compliance procedures
- Previous quality assurance / quality control experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (Excel) for recording inspection results
- Good communication to elevate issues promptly.
