PERM Process Engineer

[PERM] Process Engineer (Mon-Fri/Tampines)

Work Day:
Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
• To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
• To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
• To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations
• To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities
• To prepare and update Working Instruction
• To provide trainings over W/I to production
• To support on the NPI Process
• To support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
• Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good project coordination and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
