Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company is a specialty coffee roaster and manufacturer committed to quality, consistency, and operational excellence. Accurate inventory management is essential to our ability to plan production, fulfill customer orders, and maintain strong financial controls.

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This position supports cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and data integrity while partnering closely with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate records in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Full‑time/Non Exempt.

Maintains accurate inventory records and supports inventory flow, accuracy, and control across warehouse locations.

• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and accurate bin locations
• Receive, verify, and transfer inventory between locations
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Support physical inventories and inventory audits
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environments

Preferred Experience

• Inventory control or warehouse experience
• Forklift operation experience

Required

Skills and Abilities

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate an 18‑foot box truck; no CDL required
• Willingness and ability to drive company vehicles as part of regular job duties
• Basic Excel and computer skills
  
  Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

• Combination of field, warehouse and office environments
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and driving as required by role
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Operate a motor vehicle as required to support business needs, including driving an 18‑foot box truck to transport materials, inventory, or supplies between facilities or locations
• Exposure to mechanical equipment, noise, and varying temperatures
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
