Pay

$21.00 per hour

• Training:
  Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30‑minute lunch), for approx. 2-4 months
• Regular:
  Mon-Fri, 11:30am – 8:00pm (30‑minute lunch)
• On‑call responsibilities; must be flexible to work weekends and evenings as needed

As a Medical Device Warehouse Associate, you’ll oversee all daily operations in our medical device warehouse, including:

• Administering, operating, and auditing warehouse inventory, materials, and equipment
• Inspecting products, keeping accurate records of damaged/defective/expired inventory
• Processing incoming/outgoing kits and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Checking inventory records, compiling reports, and coordinating shipping schedules
• Maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in accordance with safety regulations
• Collaborating with distribution, sales, shipping, and carrier teams to expedite deliveries
• Investigating customer complaints, resolving discrepancies, and tracking service levels
• Working with internal partners for alternate product sourcing and efficient stock organization

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience – required
• Warehouse/Inventory Control: Prior experience in a fast‑paced, demanding warehouse environment – preferred
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent – required;
  Associate’s degree – preferred
• Driver’s License: Valid, with clean driving record – required
• Physical Ability: Lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including on‑call, weekends, and evenings
• On‑Call: Participation in rotation schedule is required
