• Receiving and stocking incoming inventory from company trucks and direct shipments from manufacturers.
• Properly and efficiently preparing outgoing shipments as needed.
• Restocking products in the warehouse on a daily basis and as needed.
• Performing/assisting cycle counts as directed by the manager.
• Assisting in locating and moving miscellaneous inventory.
• Maintaining the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner; sweeping the floor and cleaning debris as needed.
• Safely operating all tools and equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.

• Assisting customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles.
• Providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Safely operating appropriate equipment such as forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack.
• Maintaining valid forklift certification.
• Following all safety standards and requirements within the warehouse according to company policy and OSHA.
• Notifying the supervisor of any and all safety concerns, incidents and/or accidents.

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience.
• Knowledge of all applicable DOT and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Two (2) years of general warehouse experience.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
• Must be able to accurately attend to details and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.

• The ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat, and climb as necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Warehouse is not a conditioned space and can be warm or cool depending on the season.
