Main Responsibilities- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
- Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Perform professional customer service to enhance client experience.
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively during each shift.
- Comfortably drive and work in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
- Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Have a minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or at least three months in the food/beverage delivery industry.
- Preferably able to operate a manual transmission; may be required in specific locations.
- Be able to read and communicate in English sufficiently to hold conversations, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and enter information on reports and records.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other applicable factors. Expected starting rate for this role is between $28 and $33
.
