Join the Sky Hop Global team as our Leader on Duty for the fantastic TPA location. You will steer a group of drivers toward excellence while making the most of cost options to boost profitability and create unforgettable customer experiences. 25-50% of your time will be in the field ensuring smooth operations.

• Direct and inspire your team of drivers with leadership that focuses on process improvement, team‑building, coaching, and feedback.
• Keep overtime to a minimum, except for rare emergency situations.
• Assist the Station Manager by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, coaching, and mentoring transport drivers.
• Oversee daily maintenance review of our fleet, ensuring everything runs like a well‑oiled machine and reporting concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and meet with individual staff members to ensure a secure and thriving work environment.
• Help the Station Manager manage local permits and vehicle registrations.
• Maintain stellar relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required.

• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• At least 21 years old (per DOT requirements) and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
• Non‑CDL DOT Medical Card.
• Experience in transport driver leadership or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Full‑time position with competitive salary of $20.00 per hour.
