Join Balr Basketball as a Private Basketball Coach and help players of all ages develop their skills in a fun and flexible environment. You’ll travel to local parks, community courts, or clients’ homes, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.

Balr is a national private basketball training company that provides clients in major U.S. cities. Our coaches inspire and design individualized training that meets each player’s goals, ensuring a safe, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.

• Conduct private (1‑on‑1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Flexible scheduling of lessons within your chosen area.
• Safe travel to and from clients’ locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of students at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.

• Set your own work schedule.
• Travel to clients’ locations within your preferred area.
• Prompt payment within 24 hours after each completed lesson.
• Flexibility in choosing the number of clients you work with.
• Opportunity to receive multiple client offers regularly.
• Direct contact with clients and continuous support from the Balr team.

Payments are issued via Pay Pal within 24 hours after each lesson. Full details are provided during the application process.

• Minimum 2 years of experience providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Provision of your own basketball training equipment is necessary for the best training experience.
