Become a Youth Soccer Coach with Soccer Shots Tampa Bay!

South Tampa, Riverview, Citrus Park

Schedule:

Saturday Mornings, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM Pay:

Training Pay: $15–$17/hour

Starting Rate: $21/hour and $28/hr within the first 3 seasons

What We’re Looking For We’re expanding our team and looking for Saturday morning coaches to run our energetic, high-impact sessions with children ages 2–8.

Set weekly schedule — we ask for full commitment to the kids on your teams

What You’ll Do

Coach 30–45 minute soccer sessions using our proven curriculum

Build confidence, coordination, and smiles in every child you coach

Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every session

Communicate clearly with parents, preschool staff, and our Director of Coaching

Track attendance and session feedback

Who You Are Responsible – Always on time, organized, and dependable Professional – Friendly, courteous, and presentable Enthusiastic – Genuinely excited to work with children; animated and fun Engaging – Able to connect with 2–8 year olds at their level Soccer-Savvy – Playing/coaching experience is a plus, but not required Experienced with Children – You’ve worked with young children before and understand how to manage a group or willing to learn Clear to Work – Must pass a Background Check and Child Abuse Clearance
