Position: Full Stack Developer - Advanced (W2 Only)

Must Have Skill:
Java, Spring Boot, Microservice, and AWS. Some React or Angular. Kafka and Streaming background.

• Design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java to support product teams.
• Execute software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that synchronize with appropriate systems.
• Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications, ensuring design constraints are met.
• Analyze and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to improve software applications and systems.
• Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore new and emerging technologies.
• Foster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Advanced coding knowledge in Java programming language.
• Strong technical skills in Java development, including Spring, Hibernate, JMS, and Spring Boot.
• Experience in Java (Core & EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud).
• Proficiency in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD), design principles, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and tools such as Sonar, SSAP, JIRA, GIT, Maven, etc.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within disciplines like cloud, AI, machine learning, and mobile technologies.

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies.

Pay Range: $70- $75
