AI Engineer

Job Description

We are looking to hire six contractors to build a library of demo apps for Copilot and deliver 10 fully functional AI agents.

• Agile- 2 week sprints
• Work on assigned development tasks within the sprint
• Configure knowledge sources for AI agents
• Customize conversation topics and flows
• Develop and refine conversation life cycle progression
• Collaborate on assigned development tasks to build and optimize Copilot Studio agents

• Experience in Microsoft copilot studio
• Experience building custom GPTs or equivalent (like M365)
• Strong knowledge of Azure services
• Application development across the spectrum: from Power Platform to full-stack
• Prompt engineering for AI models
• Proficiency in backend data prompting
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or Microsoft-specific LLMs
