We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Development and collaborate with a talented group of developers and designers.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom applications and APIs while helping identify potential risks and proposing effective technical solutions.

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code
• Build and maintain custom APIs for client applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Integrate third-party services based on project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and product
• Work with leadership to define technical requirements and solutions

• Strong experience developing Ruby on Rails applications
• Experience with Rails 5.0 or newer
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Twilio, Elasticsearch, or Stripe
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
