• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions using creative and analytical approaches that go beyond routine or conventional methods.
• Build and maintain secure, high‑quality, production‑ready code, including reviewing and debugging code written by other engineers.
• Identify recurring issues and implement automation or permanent fixes to improve the operational stability and reliability of applications and systems.
• Contribute positively to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and mutual respect.

Strong foundation in Software Engineering concepts with 6+ years of hands‑on industry experience.

Proficiency in Core Java (Java 11 or higher) with experience using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.

Experience developing cloud‑native applications, including:

• RESTful microservices
• Containerized applications
• Resilient, scalable platforms

Hands‑on experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, or equivalent frameworks.

Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration platforms.

Experience deploying and operating cloud‑native software, ideally on Kubernetes.

Working knowledge of message bus technologies such as Kafka or AMPS.

Experience building open‑source libraries or internal shared libraries consumed by multiple teams.

Proven experience working on high‑throughput, mission‑critical, high‑performance STP platforms.

Experience with two or more database technologies, such as:

• Oracle
• Cassandra
• In‑memory databases or caching solutions
