Requirements- Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
- The Successful Respondent(s) will hold current certifications in the requested programming languages (SQL, Python, Microsoft development).
- Engage with City of Tampa stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications that guide the development process.
- Adopt agile development practices to ensure iterative, flexible, and efficient development cycles.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make real-time adjustments to software features and functionality.
- Utilize a comprehensive skill set to develop software solutions across the entire technology stack, encompassing frontend, backend, and database components.
- Employ a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools to create robust and scalable applications.
- Develop and integrate application programming interfaces (APIs) and middleware to enable interoperability and data exchange between disparate systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure that software solutions meet high standards of functionality, performance, and security.
- Implement automated testing procedures to identify and rectify issues early in the development process.
- Facilitate real-time communication and data sharing to enhance operational efficiency and information flow.
- Design, develop, and implement tailored software solutions to fulfill City of Tampa's requirements.
- Experience with SQL Server Database design, ETL, SSIS and data analytics.
