Columbus Youth Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for male youth up to age 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based sex offender services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.

What you will do:You will work as a staff member of the Student Services Department team. Primarily responsible for providing daily recreational and leisure time that is physically challenging, educational, and constructive. The Recreation Manager reports to the Clinical Director.
Qualifications:- BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with one to three years' experience.
- Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture.
- Leadership ability necessary to instill high standard, positive attitudes by staff and students.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
