We are seeking compassionate and driven individuals to join our HEART (Homeless Engagement and Retention in Tenancy) team as we offer permanent supportive housing and support services to individuals who have experienced long-term homelessness.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. (Rotating after-hours, on-call responsibilities should be expected.)

Salary Range
: $21.50/hr.

Location: This is an on-site position in Tampa, FL, that includes traveling to client residences at scattered-site housing around the greater Tampa Bay area.

• Complete comprehensive assessments of all households assisted and develop a service plan to address the supported needs to achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate with landlords to ensure timely inspections at admission to program, annual re-certification and condition of unit inspections meet contractual standards.
• Perform program orientations to educate and inform applicants of program requirements and responsibilities.
• Assist clients with developing money management strategies for appropriate budgeting.
• Serve as an advocate and provide access to services such as financial assistance, legal aid, housing, job placement or education.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working with chronically homeless individuals is preferred.
• A valid Florida Driver's License, industry accepted driving history and maintain vehicle insurance required by State of Florida. Regular daytime travel is required.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background clearances.
