Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida✨✨✨
Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay$20.19 hourly

What you will do- Administer, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs per agency requests and student needs
- Collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet goals of each youth’s treatment plan by providing individual counseling and skill development
- Communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, and others regarding progress of youth on your caseload
- Provide a supportive atmosphere, monitor and document clinical behaviors and activities
- Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities
- Possess a BA/BS in related field
- Have prior case management experience, including three years’ experience with juveniles
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
