OverviewRoyal Aire Mechanical Services has immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Plumber Foreman in the Greater Tampa Bay area!

We provide full-service design/build, design-assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. We have the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs.
We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.

- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and design ability of related plumbing systems
- Cooperate with other trades on the project to complete the project
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety
- High standard of integrity and professionalism
- Working knowledge of all hand and power tools
- Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work as necessary
- Interacts with customers and documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
- Keeps current all manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of Plumbing experience in commercial construction.
- Qualified candidates must have the ability to plan, layout and install all drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems, install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, kitchen equipment & elevator sump pumps.
