About the RoleThe Field Service Technician will provide field service repair support to customers on all Schwing products, conduct new equipment start-ups at customer sites, and properly document service repairs while submitting warranties as needed.
Responsibilities- Properly use test equipment to diagnose customer issues.
- Provide field repairs to customer issues on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
- Represent Schwing America in a professional manner.
- Provide new equipment start-up to new and existing customers.
- Follow all safety regulations while making repairs.
- Degree in electro-mechanical field, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Specialized training in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to read schematics and drawings for troubleshooting reasons.
- Boom, equipment operating experience on Schwing or related concrete pumping equipment.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
