Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will provide field service repair support to customers on all Schwing products, conduct new equipment start-ups at customer sites, and properly document service repairs while submitting warranties as needed.

• Properly use test equipment to diagnose customer issues.
• Provide field repairs to customer issues on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
• Represent Schwing America in a professional manner.
• Provide new equipment start-up to new and existing customers.
• Follow all safety regulations while making repairs.

• Degree in electro-mechanical field, related field, or equivalent experience.

• Specialized training in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings for troubleshooting reasons.
• Boom, equipment operating experience on Schwing or related concrete pumping equipment.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
