MIELKE Mechanical, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Tampa, Florida. We are looking for experienced and self-motivating leaders to help our Service Division grow!

• Monday to Friday
• Full time
• 8-hour shift

• Experience:
  
  10+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Certifications:
  
  EPA Universal Certification.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Familiarity with maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
• Completion of trade/vocational school or equivalent on-the-job training.

• Performing preventive maintenance and diagnostic service on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Responding to service calls and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.
• Completing repair work on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more.
• Ensuring systems are operating at peak performance through detailed testing, adjustments, and performance analysis.
• Communicating clearly with clients about system issues, repair options, and recommended solutions.
• Documenting all service activities, materials used, and system conditions in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area and company vehicle, while adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
• Supporting long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
