Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service the Acree way:
  Positive, Passionate, and Professional
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers about repairs, timelines, and next steps
• Maintain accurate records of time, work completed, and materials used
• Keep your service vehicle organized and stocked for maximum efficiency
• Follow company procedures for purchasing, recycling, and inventory management
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and service offerings

What We’re Looking For

• Solid knowledge of residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
• An outgoing, energetic personality with a drive to succeed
• Strong sales aptitude and comfort presenting service solutions to homeowners
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Experience & Education

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation

• $120,000 – $180,000 annually (commission-based)
