HVAC Maintenance Technician

Overview

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday + Rotating Weekends

Pay: $22–$25 hourly. With the potential to earn $80,000 to $100,000 annually.

• Represent the Acree way - Positive, Passionate, and Professional
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential)
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems
• Keep accurate records of time spent, description of work performed, and materials used
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done
• Learn product features and benefits
• Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
• Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency

• Minimum 1 year of residential or light commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
• Knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

• At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance or repair
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
