Description

An HVAC Installation Supervisor oversees a team of HVAC installers and technicians, ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This leadership role combines technical expertise with management skills to coordinate projects, guide teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating installation teams, providing training and support, and conducting performance reviews. They are also responsible for managing and supervising residential HVAC installations, ensuring quality and compliance with codes and inspections. Other duties involve planning and scheduling projects, coordinating materials, managing inventory, working with other departments and subcontractors, and resolving delivery discrepancies. Safety and compliance are crucial, requiring site inspections, obtaining permits, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining detailed records.

Finally, communication with clients and stakeholders is essential, including addressing concerns and coordinating project schedules.

• 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Previous supervisory experience is necessary, along with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership, and problem‑solving skills. A solid understanding of safety regulations and building codes, effective communication, and the ability to interpret technical documents are also required. Other important qualifications include strong organizational skills, proficiency with diagnostic tools, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and physical stamina.
