Field Service Diesel Technician – $28–$42/hr + OT + Service Truck

Love working on trucks but tired of being stuck in one shop all day? As a Field Service Diesel Tech with Certified Fleet Services, you’ll get the independence of being out on the road with the backing of a strong shop team behind you.

We’re growing fast, and we need problem-solvers who thrive on variety — from handling fleet PMs at customer yards to jumping into breakdown calls that get a driver back on the road. You’ll earn $28–$42/hr plus overtime, get paid drive time, and roll in a company service truck with fuel card and tablet included.

Every day is different — here’s what the job looks like:

Respond to customer breakdowns and get trucks rolling again

Perform fleet maintenance on-site at customer yards

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and electrical systems

Use advanced diagnostic tools with master tech support just a call away

Communicate with dispatch/customers to give updates and set clear expectations

Represent Certified Fleet in the field — professional, reliable, and efficient

Pay: $28–$42 per hour + overtime + paid drive time

Company service truck, fuel card, and tablet provided

3+ years of diesel repair experience

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and communicate with customers on-site
