Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to support our growing commercial HVAC operations in the Tampa Bay area. This position focuses on scheduled preventative maintenance with limited service work and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Change air filters and belts on blowers and fan assemblies
• Clean and wash condenser and evaporator coils
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments as assigned
• Inspect equipment and report findings to supervisors
• Complete basic service documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements

• 2–3 years HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on rooftops, ladders, and mechanical rooms
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• EPA Certification
• Experience with commercial rooftop units (RTUs)
