Overview

RED CAP PLUMBING, AIR, AND ELECTRIC. We are expanding and looking for skilled Electricians to join our team. If you’re tired of being on call, sitting on standby, or not making your weekly hours, let’s talk. Our electrical department is busy and growing, and we need great electricians to continue providing the best customer service in the industry.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with precision
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code standards
• Provide top-tier customer service, including maintaining a clean workspace
• Educate customers on upgrade opportunities and available services
• Estimate, invoice, and document repairs and projects accurately
• Promote safety by following best practices and procedures

We need experienced electricians who are passionate about their trade. Standout candidates will have:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Electrician or Electrical Installer
• Strong familiarity with ALL residential electrical work
• A valid Driver’s License (Required)
• An Electrical License (Preferred but not required)
• A strong work ethic and desire for long-term career growth

• Monday - Friday (No Nights!)
• Weekend Availability (as needed)
• Tampa and Surrounding Areas
• On-the-road work environment (Travel up to 25%)
