Job Description:

Are you a skilled technician with a knack for diagnosing and solving drainage issues? Elite Rooter, a leader in plumbing and drain services, is seeking an experienced and reliable Drain Service Technician to join our team. If you have a passion for hands-on work and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

This is primarily a commission based position with the opportunity to make $75k -$150k a year. We teach the process that is proven nationwide and make you a great paycheck every week if you are willing to follow the process. Company provided uniforms, vehicle, gas card, credit card, ipad, new equipment and we do not charge to use the company trailer mount jetter and other equipment- no on-call schedule since we are not a 24/7 shop with every Sunday off and every other Saturday half days.

• Drain Cleaning:
  Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial clients using various methods and equipment.
• Diagnosis and Repair:
  Accurately diagnose drainage issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Maintenance:
  Conduct routine maintenance checks on drainage systems to prevent future issues.
• Emergency Response:
  Respond promptly to emergency service calls to resolve drainage problems.
• Customer Service:
  Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain issues, solutions, and costs.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Experience:
  
  No minimum experience needed.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient with drain cleaning equipment and tools; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Certification:
  Relevant certifications (e.g., plumbing license) are a plus.
• Customer Focus:
  Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependability:
  Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Transportation:
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
