Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments

Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions with confidence and professionalism

Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively

Perform pipe threading, cutting, measuring, and fitting for various plumbing applications

Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area, company vehicle, and job documentation

Deliver high‑level customer service and represent Alvarez Plumbing Co with professionalism

Participate in on‑call rotation, and work overtime, nights, or weekends as required

Assist with minor carpentry or related tasks when needed to complete plumbing projects

4+ years of plumbing service experience (residential/commercial)

Minimum 2 years of experience using Service Titan or similar field service software

Strong plumbing knowledge and diagnostic skills

Proficient with standard hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Capable of working independently or as part of a team

Clean, insurable driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation to Tampa, FL 33619

Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 – $28.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Commission and performance bonus opportunities
