• 3+ years of hands‑on fire alarm experience, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and placing systems on test
• Ability to lead job sites, supervise helpers, and manage work to meet project deadlines
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic hand‑tool knowledge and consistent use of required PPE
• Ability to work under pressure in outdoor job‑site environments for long hours in all seasons, with local travel
• Valid driver’s license and clean record; must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (10-year employment verification)
