Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning is hiring a dependable and experienced Plumbing Dispatcher to support our residential and service plumbing division. This full-time, in-office role is the heartbeat of daily field operations-responsible for smart scheduling, clear communication, and helping ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service schedules for plumbing technicians with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Assign jobs based on skill, proximity, and workload
• Receive and dispatch service calls; retrieve and update customer records
• Adjust schedules and appointments throughout the day as needed
• Support field technicians with customer communication and job details
• Document all activities accurately in Service Titan and other company systems
• Monitor job progress, material availability, and reschedule follow-ups
• Answer phones and route service requests with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain strong internal communication across departments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing field experience or equivalent trade knowledge
• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination experience
• Proficiency in Service Titan is required
• Excellent knowledge of Tampa Bay area geography (Hillsborough & Pinellas Counties)
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor, team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM
• Occasional on-call or after-hours shifts with incentive pay
