Maintenance Supervisor – MAXX Properties

Base pay range: $36.00/hr – $37.00/hr

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Ascott Place Apartments. Our Maintenance Supervisors play a vital role in the success of our properties and the happiness of our residents. You’ll work with a dedicated team to maintain the safety, appearance, and operation of our properties.

• Ensure the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goals.
• Hands‑on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry‑wall, and appliances.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments to support leasing efforts.

• Geared‑to‑Go program: annual reimbursement of $100 for new work boots and an additional $100 for industry‑related work tools.
• 17 days of PTO (accrual based) plus one day each year; maximum 25 days with carry‑over up to 40 hours.
• 7 days of Sick and Safe time with full carry‑over.

• 5+ years of residential maintenance experience, including work orders and turns.
• Prior management of a maintenance team.
• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• Energetic, responsible, and organized.
• Team‑player mentality.
