Expert Water Removal is hiring a Remediation Technician Apprentice for a full-time position in Tampa, Florida.

• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Handle any issues caused by water or mold damage and remove and replace damaged materials.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to be on call.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, weekends if needed, and some holidays.
• Able to follow detailed instructions.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred but not required.
• Background in plumbing, demolition, water mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required.
