High Rise Window Cleaning Technician (Rope Access)

This position offers a base pay range of $25.00/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience. The role requires prior experience washing windows and frames on high-rise buildings using various aerial lift equipment. Additional experience with caulking, painting, waterproofing, or pressure washing is a plus but not required. A valid Driver's License is required.

• Clean and maintain high-rise windows using appropriate techniques, equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Safely operate aerial boom lift platforms, swing stages, and other lift equipment to reach windows of high-rise buildings
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as squeegees, ladders, power washers, water-fed poles, long poles, and basic window cleaning tools
• Inspect windows for cracks, chips, or damage before cleaning and report findings
• Respond promptly to customer requests and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and meets customer satisfaction
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices in window cleaning
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, products used, and any issues encountered

• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Proven experience as a Professional High Rise Window Cleaner
• Strong knowledge of window cleaning techniques and equipment, including aerial lifts such as boom lifts and swing stages
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders safely
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Able to stand for a full work day
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists and arms
• Able to work with arms above head and to bend and squat to ground level
