Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by following site-specific procedures and access guidelines while supporting security-related operations;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations; report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to post orders;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with site leadership and/or public responders as directed;
Complete shift logs and incident reports; communicate observations and handoff details to Allied Universal leadership and oncoming personnel
