• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks.
• Respond to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
• Promote safe work practices.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
