Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help identify suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations;
Control access at building and/or gate entry points by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and documenting deliveries and contractor activity per site procedures;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift handoffs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and client contacts
