Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct entry screening operations, including verifying identification, managing visitor check-in, issuing temporary badges, and completing bag checks and/or magnetometer screening as required by site policy;
Monitor entrances, waiting areas, and adjacent public spaces for unusual activity and policy violations, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and assisting with medical facility emergency codes as directed;
Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and screening outcomes, and communicate relevant information to clinical staff and/or local authorities when needed
