About The PositionMarc Security Services is seeking a polished, service‑driven Security Concierge for a luxury hotel / high‑rise condominium property. This position blends top‑tier customer service with professional security functions, ensuring guests and residents enjoy a safe, welcoming, and upscale environment.
This is a front‑of‑house role ideal for individuals who take pride in appearance, communication, and hospitality while maintaining strong security awareness.
Key Responsibilities Security & Safety- Monitor and control access to the building, lobby, elevators, and parking areas.
- Verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate logs.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, fire panels, and security systems.
- Conduct lobby, perimeter, and garage patrols as assigned.
- Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and medical incidents promptly.
- Enforce property rules and support hotel/condo management with safety protocols.
- Document activities, incidents, and maintenance concerns in daily reports.
- Greet guests, residents, and visitors with exceptional professionalism.
- Provide hotel/condo information, directions, and general assistance.
- Coordinate with front desk, valet, housekeeping, engineering, and management.
- Assist with package handling, deliveries, and resident service requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant lobby presence.
- Offer a high level of customer service while maintaining safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Security officer license (if required in your state).
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in Hotels, Luxury Condos, Hospitality, or Security.
- Professional appearance, posture, and demeanor are mandatory.
- Ability to multitask in a busy lobby setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Reliable, courteous, and detail‑oriented.
